Discover a 7-day stay (6 nights), created especially for women in the perimenopausal and menopausal period. Our proprietary program combines professional medical care, hormonal dietetics, and deep relaxation to help you regain energy, improve sleep quality, and effectively reduce emotional tension.

What does the Menopause Balance package include?

We provide comprehensive support at every step of your stay:

• 6 nights in a comfortable and modern Comfort-type room.

• Meals: Breakfasts and dinners in buffet form, composed to support hormonal health.

• Package of 18 treatments alleviating menopausal symptoms, individually selected by a specialist doctor.

• 2 x movement classes: focused on intimate health and pelvic floor muscle work.

• 24-hour nursing care for your complete safety.

• Wellness Zone: unlimited access to the glazed pool with a park view, steam sauna, and infrared sauna.

• Additional regeneration: session in the Japanese sauna and breathing hydrogen therapy.

• Activity: access to the cardio/fitness zone and rental of Nordic Walking poles.

• Amenities: free parking space and access to fast Wi-Fi.

Education and expert support – knowledge that changes habits

During your stay, you will participate in specialist lectures and meetings:

1. Medical consultation: "How to get through menopause more mildly?"

   • Topics: sleep and regeneration, coping with stress and cortisol, metabolism-supporting activity, osteoporosis prevention, effective ways to boost energy.

2. Physiotherapy lecture: "Pelvic floor – prevention and body awareness"

   • Scope: stability exercises, urogynecological prevention, practical tips for daily use.

3. Dietary and supplementation lecture

   • You will learn how to compose an anti-inflammatory diet, which supplements are worth using, and how nutrition affects sleep and metabolism.

You take home: Individual health recommendations and a set of educational materials.

• Package price: 3,000 PLN / person / 6-day stay

• Turnus dates:
• 1st turnus: October 4 – 10, 2026
• 2nd turnus: February 21 – 27, 2027

Terms and information

• *We reserve the right to change the program due to reasons beyond our control
• The day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
• Spa fee of 6.00 PLN / person / day is not included in the price of the stay.
• Access to the cardio zone: Monday – Friday from 4:00 PM, Saturday – Sunday available all day
• For reservations made through www.sanatorium.augustow.pl, we reserve the right to change the room during the stay.
